High school football ticket prices could increase in Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Fans could be paying more to catch a football game at Rock Hill schools this fall.

Officials are looking at raising ticket prices because of increasing operations costs.

The cost of a ticket would increase from $6 to $7 a game.

Schools say the football teams' proceeds are barely covering their costs.

Some school board members are worried the price is getting too high for families to afford.
