• High-speed chase leads police down Charlotte interstates


    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Police arrested a man after they said he was going more than 100 mph on Interstate-85 then led them on a chase Tuesday night.
    Officials said when they tried to stop Chauncey Adams he took off leading them down Interstate-485.
    The chase ended at about 8 p.m. on Old Mount Holly Road near Freedom Drive.
    Adams was driving on a revoked license, police said.
