Homebuilder buys 60-plus acres for community in Concord

CONCORD, N.C. — A regional homebuilder is developing another residential project in its home city.

Niblock Homes, which is based in Concord, has purchased over 60 acres at the intersection of Poplar Tent Road and U.S. Highway 601.

The homebuilder paid $1.75 million for the land and will develop a project called Red Hill there. It will include 91 single-family home lots.
