Local couple says bank racially profiled them when trying to make withdrawal

TEGA CAY, S.C. — A Tega Cay couple said they went to two Wells Fargo bank branches to make a withdrawal -- but were denied each time.

Other customers got their money on the spot, the couple told Channel 9.

>> In the video at the top of this page, the Allens tell reporter DaShawn Brown why they believe they were racially profiled.

“When it actually happens to you, that’s when you really feel it,” Tara Allen said.
