The publisher of Queen City Nerve, an alternative newspaper, was at the scene on Fourth Street in uptown and caught it on video.

In the video at the top of this webpage, Justin LaFrancois tells reporter Mark Becker about the impact he hopes to have with conversations about race and police.

>> LaFrancois will be part of a town hall that will be moderated by Janine Davis of V101.9. “Talking about Race and Police Reform” airs Wednesday at 7 p.m. on Channel 9.
