CHARLOTTE — What The Fries will be showcased on an upcoming episode of the Cooking Channel’s “Food Paradise.”
That episode, called “Retro Remix,” airs Jan. 26 at 10 p.m. The show airs — and reruns frequently — on the Cooking Channel, Food Network and Discovery+ streaming services.
What The Fries chefs and co-owners Greg Williams and Jamie Barnes will prepare two dishes on the show. They couldn’t share details — other than to expect fries. One of those dishes will return to the restaurant’s permanent menu beginning on Jan. 27.
The appearance felt like a perfect fit to highlight their creativity, personalities and the brand, Williams says.
“It’s definitely good to get this type of exposure. It feels like the hard work is starting to pay off,” he says.
