CHARLOTTE, N.C. — North Carolina has entered Phase 2 and despite the storms, many people were still eager to head out to dinner at a restaurant.

“It feels good to be back open. Everything is going great. We’ve been anticipating this day for a long time,” said John Duncan, owner of Bonterra.
While some restaurants are excited to have their doors open again, others decided to wait to open their dining rooms.
