Local students prepare to take SAT during pandemic

LENOIR, N.C. — Taking the SAT is a rite of passage for most high school students, but with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, only a limited number of tests are being scheduled.

On Saturday, more than 100 students from across the state are scheduled to take the test at a high school in Lenoir.
