Local superintendent's message to parents: 'We are really asking for grace and patience'

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — Providing an engaging environment where students feel supported, but also protected is something many school districts are battling as they create reopening plans amid a pandemic.

Rowan-Salisbury School System Superintendent Dr. Lynn Moody said it is both a challenge and a goal.

“We are reinventing, creating, researching, reading, exploring, everything is upside down so were having to reconfigure almost everything you can think of,” she said.
