CHARLOTTE — Charlotte staple Hickory Tavern has a new owner. Florida hospitality group Artistry Restaurants has acquired the 20-unit, casual-dining concept.
T&B Management LLC, doing business as The Hickory Tavern, was the previous owner.
Hickory Tavern has become a neighborhood gathering spot since opening in 1997. It dishes up everything from fried pickles and nachos to burgers, wings, sandwiches, tacos and salads.
The acquisition expands Artistry Restaurants’ footprint into the Carolinas.
