RALEIGH, N.C. — A delivery driver arrived to a beach wedding in North Carolina just in the nick of time.
WNCN-TV reports the coronavirus pandemic wrecked plans for a Hawaii wedding for Savannah Kulenic and Dylan Perkins.
They decided to get married on a North Carolina beach instead, with just five people there.
A jewelry company said it could overnight the groom’s ring, but it was going to arrive after the ceremony.
FedEx driver Joe Engel saw a note on the bride’s door and took the package to the beach, just in time for a handoff captured on camera.
Wedding photographer Amy Shores said “love wins” in the end.
