• Man accused of driving drunk with grandson in car


    ROCK HILL, S.C. - Police said a Rock Hill grandfather who had been drinking gin crashed into a car at a drive-thru with his 11-year-old grandson inside the car, according to our partner at the Rock Hill Herald.
    Waymon Agurs backed into a car while in the drive-thru of the Saluda Road Burger King.
    Officials said Agurs admitted to drinking a half pint of gin before getting in the car.
    He's charged with DUI and child endangerment.
