• Man accused of raping two teenagers takes plea deal

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A man accused of raping two teenagers at his east Charlotte hair salon will spend up to 30 years in prison.

    In a plea deal, Ray Bynum pleaded guilty Friday to statutory rape. He has been on trial this week.

    Prosecutors said Bynum took nude photographs of two teenage girls and then raped them.
