CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies are investigating after a man was found dead inside a Chesterfield County home with several stab wounds Tuesday night.
The investigation took place at a house along Harris Road in the Cash Community, which is outside of Cheraw.
A man found dead with multiple stab wounds in Chesterfield County has been identified as Anthony Johnson, 29. He was found last night inside a home on Harris Rd in the Cash community near Cheraw. No update on the investigation at this time.

When deputies got to the house, they found 29-year-old Anthony Johnson on the bedroom floor with what appeared to be several stab wounds.
Authorities have not said if they are looking for any suspects.
Officials said at this time, this is being investigated as a death investigation. SLED agents will be helping the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office with the case.
