Man arrested for having a gun at a Concord school

CONCORD, N.C. — Police arrested a man who had a gun in his backpack while attending a church service at a Concord school.                    
 
They said security officers were checking bags after the pastor received a death threat at Jay M Robinson High School Sunday morning.
 
Security officers found a gun in Garret Wyrick's backpack and charged him with having a gun on school property, according to police.
