LANCASTER, S.C. - A man has turned himself in, weeks after Lancaster police said he hit two officers with his car and took off.

Tyzhe Hough is facing attempted murder charges for the July 6 crash.

Police said Hough was involved in a crash with another car and that Hough sped off, hitting the officers after they ordered him to get out of his vehicle.

Hough turned himself in to police Thursday.

Officials said he's also facing charges from a police chase in Pageland this past weekend.
