CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — Cabarrus County deputies are searching for a man they said wore a blond wig to rob a bank in Mt. Pleasant.
The robbery happened around 4:25 p.m. Thursday on South Main Street.
The man was described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with a slender to medium build. He was wearing a blond wig, dark sunglasses, a dark coat, light-colored dress shirt and dark or possibly navy blue dress pants or work pants.

The man had what appeared to be a small stun gun in his right hand.
He demanded money and left the bank with an undisclosed amount of currency.
