MINT HILL, N.C. — Home surveillance videos of crimes are becoming more common and can be the difference that leads to an arrest.
Now, a new program in Mint Hill hopes to use these types of videos to help keep local neighborhoods safe.
The Mint Hill Police Department announced Friday it is partnering with "Ring," a security device company to try to reduce crime in the area.
