Missing Concord man could be in danger, authorities say

CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — A missing 43-year-old man from Concord may be in danger, because of a medical condition, the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office said.

Michael Davis left his home on Jan. 13 near N.C. Highway 73 East and Irish Potato Road in Concord.

Davis is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored sweatpants.

Davis is driving a white 2005 Acura MDX with the North Carolina tag -- ORY-3560.

The last location authorities have on his cellular phone was at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday in Granville County near the Virginia state line.

However, they have not been able to pinpoint an exact location.

Davis is known to sit on sides of roads and in parking lots.
