    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte NAACP wants to hear what locals think about the local police departments on Monday.

    The NAACP is encouraging people to go to Monday's town hall meeting.

    The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church on Allen Street.
