• N.C. makes cyberbullying teachers illegal

    NORTH CAROLINA - North Carolina is the first state in the nation to make it illegal for students to bully teachers online.

    A State Teacher Association noticed an increase in the issue and pushed for teachers to have protection.

    A student who is found guilty could spend time behind bars and pay up to a $1,000 fine.
