CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The sprawling Waverly development in south Charlotte has two new retail tenants lined up.

Fitness and lifestyle apparel company Athleta, a Gap Inc. brand, has snagged a 3,469-square-foot space next to sweets shop Tiff’s Treats. And V’s Barbershop is taking 1,005 square feet next to the newly opened Foxcroft Wine Co. location.
Both are expected to open early next year.
Meanwhile, Carolina Place Mall has a new shop, too. A dual-concept location for Dippin’ Dots and Doc Popcorn is already in a soft-opening phase, with plans for a grand-opening event on Nov. 23.
