New system in Fort Mill allows parents to record child's fingerprints

FORT MILL, S.C. — A Fort Mill organization has come up with a new system that will allow parents to record their children's fingerprints and photographs, and then burn them onto a CD or thumb drive.

If their child is missing, the parent can then give that data to investigators.
