BOWMAN, S.C. — Police still haven’t made any arrests eight months after three men were shot and killed and five others injured during a party in South Carolina.
The State Law Enforcement Division sent a reminder that there is a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of anyone involved in the May 26 shooting in Bowman.
Someone opened fire at the private party, according to a statement from SLED.
“It is believed that people in the community have information about this incident, but are hesitant to come forward due to fear of reprisal,” state agents said in a statement.
Austin Lee Benjamin, 17; Altonio Jaquan Smith, 19; and Malik Kevon Glover 24 were killed in the shooting, authorities said.
