No statement made by Broadwell family as of Tuesday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — As of Tuesday night, no statement has been made by the family of Paula Broadwell.

FBI agents said the alleged mistress of Gen. David Petraeus was storing classified government documents.

On Sunday, Broadwell's husband told Eyewitness News that the family would deliver a statement soon.

Friends of a Tampa socialite, Jill Kelly, said Tuesday that Kelly took emails allegedly from Broadwell as death threats, telling her to stay away from Petraeus.
