Officers arrest man on charges of forcible rape, sex offense

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — On Tuesday, the Rowan County Sheriff's Office said they arrested a man on rape charges.

William Everett Blevins II was arrested in Stanley County. Following an investigation, officers were searching for Blevins on the charges of second-degree forcible rape and second-degree forcible sex offense.

Blevins is now at the Rowan County Detention Center and is being held under no bond.
