LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — Troopers are investigating after one person died in a crash on a busy Lancaster County highway Monday morning.
The single vehicle accident happened around 7:30 a.m. on South Carolina Highway 9 near Grace Avenue.
Fire officials told Channel 9's South Carolina bureau reporter Greg Suskin it appears the vehicle swerved off the road and slammed into some trees.
The person killed in the crash has not yet been identified.
