CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Carolina Panthers Alex Armah will be featured on "Good Morning America" Wednesday after he held a burglar trying who broke into his car in February.
The 6-foot-2 and 255-pound fullback had a camera installed on the dash of his vehicle after a previous break-in.
An app alerted Armah that someone was breaking into his car on Feb. 6. Armah saw Daniel Cagle, 32, inside his car parked at his apartment in Charlotte.
“I see someone in my car, and that's when the adrenaline starts running,” Armah said.

He ran into the garage and confronted the perpetrator and held him down using an arm bar for about five minutes until Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officers arrived.
Cagle was charged with attempted theft into a motor vehicle.
"Good Morning America" airs at 7 a.m. on ABC, and it will show Armah’s surveillance video of the encounter.
