CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A possible new Carolina Panthers practice facility in Rock Hill is fueling the conversation about more light rail from an area in south Charlotte at I-485 and South Boulevard into South Carolina.

But CATS CEO John Lewis said their only focus south is in Pineville, but he said they are “talking regionally.”
