Pedestrian struck in north Charlotte

CHARLOTTE — One person was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in north Charlotte Tuesday morning, according to MEDIC.

It happened just before 7 a.m. on West Sugar Creek Road and Reagan Drive.

Officials say the victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
