Police arrest last teen suspected in ice cream vendor attack

Officers said they've arrested the last teenage suspect they were looking for in connection with a disturbing video.
 
It shows several young people punching an ice cream vendor in north Charlotte.

Upset viewers sent the video to Channel 9 two weeks ago after it was posted to Facebook. 
                       
Since Channel 9 notified police, they arrested three teenagers, charging them all with robbery.
