Police: Ice cream truck driver assaulted with fudge bar

An ice cream truck driver was assaulted with a fudge ice cream bar, according to a report from the Rock Hill Police Department.

April Johnson told police that a girl bought ice cream for her father. The father later confronted Johnson for not giving his daughter enough change.

Johnson said she told the man she did give correct change and then he assaulted her with a fudge ice cream bar. Police said they saw a red mark on the inside of Johnson’s arm.

A witness said he saw the assault. The ice cream driver and witness told police the man drives a small white truck and lived close by. Officers were not able to find the man and the case remained open.
