• Police investigating robbery at NoDa deli


    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Charlotte police are investigating a robbery that took place at a NoDa deli.

    Salvador Deli on North Davidson Street was robbed at 3 a.m. Monday.

    An employee told police he was closing the store when he was approached by two robbers who pointed a gun at him and demanded money.

    They also forced the employee to another part of the business to gain access to more cash, and then fled.

    There is no description of the robbers at this time.
