ROCKINGHAM, N.C. — Rockingham police said they arrested two men who were found in a rolling meth lab.
Officers arrested James Hash and John Patrick this week in a Walmart parking lot.
Police said the men were in a truck that was reported stolen from a local dealership and had drugs and meth ingredients inside.
