Police search for 2 men in string of armed robberies in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officials are asking for the public’s help in identifying the two men they said are responsible for a series of armed robberies.

  • On Thursday at about 1:30 p.m., two men robbed the Friendly Pharmacy at 517 Little Rock Road
  • On March 16 at about 6:35 p.m., two men robbed the Pike's Pharmacy at 2133 Shamrock Drive.
  • On Feb. 7 at about 8:39 p.m., a man robbed the CVS at 2035 N. Sharon Amity Road.
  • On Feb. 6 at about 2:48 p.m., two men robbed the Busters business at 8125 Old Concord Road.
  • On Jan. 31 at about 9:04 p.m., a man robbed the CVS at 10515 Mallard Creek Road.
  • On Dec. 29 at about 8:15 p.m., a man robbed the CVS at 11430 N. Tryon St.

Both men are black and about 6 feet tall with a skinny build.

One has dreadlocks and the other has short hair with a long goatee and facial hair.
