• Police search for thief after pizza restaurant burglarized

    LENOIR, N.C. - Lenoir police are asking for help identifying a person who broke into a restaurant and stole money.

    Employees of Village Inn Pizza on Morganton Boulevard reported March 7 that a person broke in a side window of the restaurant, causing about $500 in damage.

    A security camera captured the incident and police released a photo of the thief.
