That restaurant at 2127 Ayrsley Town Blvd. will debut Thursday during a soft opening, with all proceeds going to support The Greg Olsen Foundation’s HEARTest Yard. That event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Regular hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. will start the following day.
CBJ’s Jennifer Thomas reported in January that Famous Toastery’s opening marks Ayrsley’s first restaurant to serve breakfast.
It’s the fourth restaurant for Jason and Michele Serkin, who were the Davidson-based restaurant chain’s first franchisees, according to a spokesman.
