CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sabor Latin Street Grill will be dishing up its Latin street food at BB&T BallPark this season.

The Charlotte-based fast-casual restaurant has signed on to bring the flavors of El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico and Colombia to the ballpark. It will be located in the concourse along the third-base line.
The Charlotte Knights season opener is on Thursday.

Dalton Espaillat, chief executive of Raydal Hospitality, says he always wanted to be involved with local sports, making a partnership with the Knights seem like a perfect fit.
“We feel that a sports venue should have good quality food since you are paying a premium and we felt that we could deliver on that,” he says.
