BURKE COUNTY, N.C. — North Carolina's largest recycled-paper producer is expanding and it’s creating new jobs, putting $14 million into the economy.
Jackson Paper Manufacturing is opening a new plant in Burke County partially thanks to a $100,000 grant. The new plant will create 42 new jobs and is expected to open in 2019.
