Consumer Reports looked at 50 nationally distributed baby foods for things like lead and mercury and found heavy metals in packaged foods for babies and toddlers.

The analysis found 68 percent of products showed worrisome levels of at least one heavy metal and 15 products posed a potential health risk if eaten every day.
