Retail giant to close Charlotte office

CHARLOTTE — Walmart Inc. (NYSE: WMT) is preparing to exit its Charlotte office space.

The retail giant, based in Bentonville, Arkansas, disclosed the upcoming closure in an internal memo sent to employees on Tuesday. Walmart leases the entire building at 2118 Water Ridge Parkway, near the Charlotte airport, the company confirmed on Wednesday.
