• Rockingham police investigate shooting


    ROCKINGHAM, N.C. - Rockingham police arrested 20-year-old Kevin Williams who they said is responsible for a shooting a man.
    Officers charged Williams with assault with a deadly weapon after they said he shot a Jaquale Isaac Saturday night on Cauthen Drive off Broad Avenue.
    Police said this is the second shooting in that area since Feb 21.
