• 7 rushed to hospital in northwest Charlotte crash


    CHARLOTTE - Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, Charlotte Fire Department and Medic responded to an accident Sunday night at Hoskins Road and Brookshire Boulevard.

    According to Medic, it was a pin-in accident. Paramedics transported seven patients to Carolinas Medical Center, one with life-threatening injuries, one with potentially life-threatening injuries and five with minor injuries.

    The cause of the accident has not been released.
