CABARRUS COUNTY — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a 76-year-old man who is believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment.
Ruben Edgar Gregory Jr. was last seen around Fenton Place, Harrisburg, wearing wearing a blue baseball hat with an eagle and yellow stitched writing, a brown t-shirt, blue jeans and brown loafers. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.
He is believed to have taken off in his car, a 2010 black Toyota Tundra, with a North Carolina license plate: TDK-8622.
