CHARLOTTE — Some parents are finding out that their children are being prevented from attending some school events.
Parents Kevin and Rhonda Williams were hoping to watch their daughter walk across the stage on graduation day. Their student at Myers Park Traditional School spent last year learning remotely.

However, they said she cannot attend her graduation.
