Sources: 2 more arrested in east Charlotte crime spree

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sources have told Channel 9 that police have made two more arrests in a series of robberies in east Charlotte.

According to sources, CMPD arrested Jabril Forth-Ward and Jaried Mozee.

They face charges including robbery and conspiracy.

Both are due to make their first court appearance Monday.

Another suspect in the crime spree that police arrested Tuesday night is due in court Thursday. Israel Williams is charged with robbery and conspiracy.

Police arrested two other suspects earlier this week.

Officers said the group's most recent crimes include a beating in a parking lot on Independence Boulevard Saturday night, a robbery minutes earlier on Idlewild Road and another crime the day before on Independence.
