CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An arrow was shot through a family's siding, just above their back door, in southeast Charlotte Saturday afternoon, officials said.
The homeowner, Heather Vanschelt, said she was shocked because she lives within the city limits, surrounded by three busy streets.
"It’s scary, it’s concerning and I just felt, at first, targeted," said Vanschelt.
Last month, Channel 9 covered a similar story about people illegally hunting less than a mile away from where this incident happened.
