CHARLOTTE — Police said a man wanted in connection with a double murder turned himself in Sunday.
Gerian Eugene Taylor, 20, was wanted in the murders of Jeanila Adams Weber and Donald Ray Matthews.

Police said Weber and Matthews were shot when two suspects came to their home on West Avenue to buy drugs.
Taylor was taken to police headquarters. After an interview with detectives, Taylor will be returned to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office.
