CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This new-to-market steakhouse has snagged a prime spot in uptown Charlotte. Little Alley Steak is headed to an 8,605-square-foot street-level space in Hearst Tower at 214 N. Tryon St. That space previously was occupied by Cantina 1511 — and before that Blue Restaurant & Bar.
The steakhouse is expected to open later this year.
Georgia-based F&H Food Trading Group is behind the Little Alley concept— dubbed a steakhouse for the modern era.
