When Cpl. Derrall Foster found the baby choking on medicine, he immediately turned the child over on her stomach and, after a few firm pats, she was able to breathe on her own again.

The entire rescue lasted less than a minute.

Despite being called a hero by the community, Foster insists he was just doing his job.

Foster recommended that everyone should get certified in CPR, so they're prepared for any emergency.
